What payment methods do you accept? *IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ*

We accept 3 types of secure online payments::

  1. eCheck: You will be redirected to a secure checkout to pay through online banking via Plaid. For a faster experience on future purchases, we recommend saving your payment details. Please allow 1-2 business days for your eCheck payment to clear before we ship your order.

  2. Venmo or CashApp: Once you complete the checkout process, simply follow the payment instructions provided on the confirmation page. IMPORTANT: Your order is not complete until we receive your payment.

  3. Credit Card:
    FOR FIRST-TIME USERS: You will be directed to our secure payment partner’s website, where you will be asked to verify your identity and answer a few security questions. Identity verification is one-time only – you won’t have to do it for future orders.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: This option converts your credit card payment to cryptocurrency automatically and then pays us. It’s all handled in a few easy steps!
Do you offer guidance on reconstitution or usage?

We do not provide instructions for use. Our products are intended for qualified researchers who understand proper handling and application protocols.

How long does shipping take after I place my order?

For your convenience, all orders placed before 3 pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched on the following business day.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery status.

Are your products safe for human consumption?

No. All products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only and are not intended for human consumption or medical use.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

Will extreme temperatures affect my order during shipping?

Peptides are sensitive to environmental conditions. While we take precautions in packaging, customers assume responsibility once the product is shipped.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. All peptides we offer are backed by a COA, and they can be found on each product page. These documents provide information regarding testing and quality standards for research purposes.

How should products be stored after delivery?

Proper storage conditions vary by compound, but generally products should be stored in a cool, dry environment. Researchers are responsible for determining appropriate storage methods.

Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact support and we will review on a case-by-case basis. Please view our Return Policy for details. Cancellations must be requested by contacting us before the order has shipped.
